What Is Compact?


The Compact Committee is a school based organization that gives equal opportunity for parents, teachers, administrators and the community to work on school related issues. Balmville's Compact Committee strives to bring together all stakeholders to help improve and implement positive changes for our school community.

08-09 Compact Goals


Increase the percentage of students in levels 3 and 4 on the NYS ELA tests by 3%, for all students as well as for all subgroups.
Increase the percentage of students in levels 3 and 4 on the NYS Math tests by 3%, for all students as well as all subgroups.
Increase the percentage of students in levels 3 and 4 on the NYS Science test by 3% for all students as well as all subgroups.
