What Is Compact?
The Compact Committee is a school based organization that gives equal opportunity for parents, teachers, administrators and the community to work on school related issues. Vails Gate's Compact Committee strives to bring together all stakeholders to help improve and implement positive changes for our school community.

Compact Goals
To reduce the number of misconduct referrals in school and on the bus through a character education program.
To increase student achievement, as measured by report card grade of 85% and higher, by recognizing and acknowledging that achievement quarterly.
To increase student attendance by recognizing 100% attendance quarterly.
