2008 Red Ribbon Week Events at Vails Gate High Tech Magnet School
Each day during the week of October 20-24 2008 our school will have an activity to promote Drug Awareness.
See Me, Be Me, I’m Drug Free
Monday – Wear your shirt backwards - “Turn Your Back on Drugs”
Tuesday – Wear your sneakers - “Don’t Let Drugs Sneak Up On You”
Wednesday – Wear a sweatshirt or sweat pants - “Being Drug Free is No Sweat”
Thursday - Patriotic Day- wear your Red,White & Blue - “United We Stand for a Drug Free Land”
Friday - Wear your favorite team jersey - “Team Up Against Drugs”
In addition we will have grade level contests and the Cafeteria will serve something RED each day- try to guess what it is!
