First NFA Blood Drive a Success

September 26, 2008 - The Newburgh Free Academy Blood Drive Committee, in conjunction with the New York Blood Center, held its first blood drive of the new school year in the NFA Girl’s Gym on Thurs., Sept. 25, 2008. Technicians from New York Blood Center were on hand for the event.

The blood drive was yet another success for the committee. Students, faculty, and several community members participated in an event that allows community members and students to help maintain the continuous blood supply so greatly needed in our region and communities.
