Balmville Pre-K Scholars Learn About Various December Holidays
Balmville scholars in Mrs. Calman & Mrs. Amable's pre-k class learned about various December holidays. The children learned about Hanukkah, Las Posadas, Christmas, and Kwanzaa. The children then listened to stories and participated in holiday crafts. The holiday unit concluded by inviting the scholars' loved ones into the classroom to help them build gingerbread houses.
