Gardnertown 1st grade scholars enjoyed a virtual apple picking experience. Leaders first went on a "virtual tour" of Lawrence Farms. They then participated in apple stations where they learned about apples, did experiments and built apple towers. After a picnic lunch outside, they even got to "go apple picking" in our field, and enjoy apple cider donuts.
