The students of Ms. Jones, Ms. Batista, and Ms. Carlone's first grade classroom at Horizons were overjoyed to have their families engaged in our Publishing Party, which was geared toward our research project on Endangered Animals. The event included: picnic style lunch, reading our writing to each other, decorating flower pots (part of our current plant unit), decorating graham crackers, and outdoor games!
