To ensure that all students have a smooth and equitable testing experience, we have made the decision to reschedule our assessments to after Spring Recess.

This is a friendly reminder that the District will be closed from Monday, April 14th - Friday, April 18th for Spring Recess. All schools and building offices will reopen on Monday, April 21st.

Testing will resume tomorrow. Students who were originally scheduled to test on Tuesday and Wednesday will now be testing on Wednesday and Thursday.

The New York State Department of Health today issued a travel advisory for all New Yorkers urging them to ensure they are fully vaccinated against measles before international travel or travel to an area in the U.S. experiencing an outbreak.

Unfortunately, New York State is experiencing sporadic disruptions with its online testing platform. Therefore, all impacted districts will pause testing until further notice.

We are pleased to inform you that the Newburgh Enlarged City School District has published the NECSD Accelerated Handbook for Middle Level Students. This handbook provides important information regarding the accelerated program.
