High school scholars had an opportunity to ask questions and learned about credit scores, accruing good credit, opening a credit card, interest rates, and saving for big purchases like a car.
The presenters also discussed their roles and experiences with their career in the banking industry. Representatives included Lisa Vazquez, Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager, Debbie Callahan, Financial Center Manager, and Alex Vasquez, Assistant Vice President, Financial Center Manager Meadow Hill. Alex Vasquez is also a Newburgh Free Academy graduate, class of 2005.
