Hello Goldbacks! Graduation information can be found below. Please read through the details carefully, so you and your guests are prepared to celebrate your final walk across Academy Field!

The 2021 NFA Graduation will be held on Thursday, June 24th (rain date Friday, June 25th). Each graduate will receive two (2) tickets. The NECSD is following the NYSDOH guidance for end of the year celebrations. Please note, masks and social distancing will be required for everyone in attendance at the 2021 NFA graduation per these guidelines.

Graduates should type in their ID number into this link to learn their specific graduation session time and their specific rehearsal time. 

2021 NFA Graduation Session Time Information

Once you have reviewed your time, please complete this form with your guest information. Each graduate will receive two (2) guest tickets to this year's graduation ceremony. Each graduate must fully complete the form at the link below to reserve space for their two (2) guests. Entry will be denied for anyone not on the guest list. This form should be completed once per graduate. Please make sure each phone number and email address is typed in correctly to receive up to date information about your 2021 NFA Graduation Ceremony.

2021 Graduates and Guests - NFA Graduation Guest Form

For all Graduates - Tuesday, June 22nd is Senior Drop Off (Chromebooks, textbooks, uniforms, library books, etc.) from 12:00 - 2:30 pm at each individual campus. Further details to follow.

Additional Important Information regarding Graduation Day:

Cap Decoration - Graduates will be allowed to decorate their caps for the Class of 2021 NFA Graduation Ceremony. Please find guidelines by clicking this link. If guidelines are not followed, your cap may be removed prior to the ceremony and you may graduate without a cap.

Health Questionnaire - All graduates and guests will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to entering Academy Field/Newburgh Free Academy. The health questionnaire will be emailed to the email address provided in the NFA Graduation guest form 24 hours prior to the ceremony. All guests must have their name on the guest list and have completed the health questionnaire form to enter the ceremony. Please make sure each phone number and email address is typed in correctly to receive up to date information about your 2021 NFA Graduation Ceremony.

Live streaming - All graduation ceremonies will be live-streamed to the NECSD Communications YouTube Channel and the NECSD Facebook page. 

Masks and social distancing - The NECSD is following the NYSDOH guidance for end of the year celebrations. Please note, masks and social distancing will be required for everyone in attendance at the 2021 NFA graduation per these guidelines.

Weather - We hope to have beautiful weather for each ceremony! If there is a delay or postponement due to weather, a robo call and email will go out to all contacts listed on the NFA Graduation guest form as well as posted on the district website and Facebook page.
