March Reminder and April Update | District Calendar
This is a friendly reminder of important dates for March and an update in April 2024. Please note, Tuesday, April 2, 2024 is now a 1/2 day for students; 1/2 day Superintendent's Conference Day. This change was approved by the NECSD Board of Education at the Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, February 27th. This change was made to accommodate the Presidential Primary that will be held in New York State on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, with some of our schools being utilized as polling sites.
Important Dates for MARCH 2024:
Monday, March 25th - Friday, March 29th - District Closed | Spring Recess
Important Dates for APRIL 2024:
Tuesday, April 2nd - 1/2 day for all students; 1/2 day Superintendent's Conference Day (Presidential Primary)
Wednesday, April 10th - District Closed | Religious Holiday
Friday, April 26th - 1/2 day for all students; 1/2 day Superintendent's Conference Day

Families should have received a colorful calendar in their child's backpack earlier this year! Calendars were distributed one per family to the youngest and only children of each household. If you need a calendar for your home, please contact your child's school building or email Communications@necsd.net.
