Statement from the District Regarding Investigation.

This morning, October 23, 2018, the District was served with a search warrant seeking access to District records, including emails and electronic records, related to District policies regarding academics, athletic participation and attendance. The Board and administration have directed full cooperation with the District Attorney’s office as it gathers information and determines what, if any, action will follow. 

The Board has worked hard, along with administration, over the past few years to strengthen our attendance and athletic participation policies and to promote full implementation of their terms.  We support all efforts to find the truth behind any allegations that had led to this investigation.
