Heritage Middle School Performs Band Concert
A Note to Our Listening Audience:
Welcome to one of many musical events in the Newburgh Enlarged City School District. All per-formers and members of the audience deserve a quiet, non-disruptive listening atmosphere during each concert. In our mutual best interest, the music department requests that the audience remain in their seats, and refrain from conversation, during the performance. We also ask that all paging devices and cell phones be turned off or placed in “silent mode.”
If children who are too young to understand the nature of a listening event are in attendance, we encourage you to quickly exit the concert area and main hallway with them should the need arise.
Flash photography is prohibited during the concert, as it can be distracting to the performers. Also, it is unlawful to record music that has been copyrighted, therefore, the use of video cameras and audio recording devices is strongly discouraged as well.
It is our goal that each performance will provide you, and our young musicians, with a positive and uplifting musical experience. Thank you for your continuing support of music education in our schools.
