Meadow Hill 4th and 5th Graders Visit Middle School Classroom for Hands on Learning

Mrs. Morales' 4th and 5th grade class went upstairs to Mr. Wenzel's middle school classroom to enjoy a hands on learning experience! Students were paired up with 8th graders and they learned how to follow a recipe for pizza. They learned how to measure out ingredients, and bake a pizza pie for the specified amount of time. Our students collaborated while learning all about kitchen basics such as safety in the kitchen and the importance of good hygiene practices. Once the lesson concluded they were able to indulge in their tasty creations. Thank you Mr. Wenzel and 8th grade students!
