Department of Human Resources Hosts New Employee Dinner
The Department of Human Resources welcomed new employees to an event that celebrated and offered guidance for our newest Goldback educators. Participants provided feedback about what the new employees needed to feel successful and Mr. McLymore and Mr. Dottin offered guidance and support for all new employees. Attendees were challenged to arrange our district mantras in chronological order. Our district mantra directs our focus each year.
This event is the second in a series of events to welcome and acclimate our new employees.
The event was coordinated and hosted by Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources, Mr. Michael McLymore and Executive Director for Human Resources, Mr. Danny Dottin and the entire Department of Human Resources. A special thanks to the NFA Culinary program whose scholars prepared and served a delicious meal of salad, chicken parmigiana, pasta, and vegetables, The NFA Culinary program is led by Chef Jim Morrison and Chef Jennifer Caron. The NFA Culinary program is one of 21 Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways over seen by Director of CTE, Mr. John Etri who was also in attendance to welcome the new employees.
