Teachers Engage in Professional Development to Help Shift Learning
Director of Information and Technology, Jennifer Cronk led a professional development training as part of the Convergence Cohort last week. The Convergence Cohort designs student centered classrooms through redefining the use of instructional technology, intentional classroom design, and pedagogical shifts. The teachers in this meeting were immersed in total participation techniques, collaborative technology and high levels of station teaching. All of the convergence teachers are looking to "shift learning" in their classrooms through shifting their practice.
