Fostertown Families: Parent Teacher Conferences

REMINDER

Parent-Teacher Conferences are fast approaching. As you may already know, this year we will be using PTC Fast to sign up for a conference with your child’s teacher. If you have not already done so, please click here to sign up as soon as possible.

How to schedule using PTC Fast:

1. Look for your child’s teacher and select submit.
2. Fill out the form and click submit. You will then receive an e-mail from PTCFast.com.
3. In the e-mail, click the link that says, “click here to select conference time.”
4. You will then be able to select a time for your conference.
5. Once your time is selected, click “confirm selections and exit” on the bottom of the page.

Conference dates:

November 27, 2019 (morning conferences)

December 9, 2019   (evening conferences)

Las conferencias de padres y maestra ya se acercan. Como ya saben saber, este año estaremos usando el programa “PTC Fast” para apuntarse a las conferencias de maestros. Si aún no lo ha hecho, por favor use el enlace para apuntarse lo antes posible.

Como apuntarse usando el programa de PTC Fast:

1. Busque el nombre del maestro y seleccione “submit”.
2. Llene la forma y presione “submit”. Recibirá un email de PTCFast.com.
3. En el e-mail, oprima el enlace que dice “click here to select conference time” (oprima aquí para seleccionar su hora de conferencia).
4. Aquí puede seleccionar una hora para su conferencia.
5. Después que haya elegido su horario, oprima, “confirm selections and exit” (confirme su selección y salga de la página) en la parte de la debajo de la página.

27 de noviembre, 2019 (conferencias durante la mañana)

9 de diciembre, 2019 (conferencias por la noche)
