Fostertown School Celebrates Dr. Seuss’s Birthday
On March 2nd Fostertown School celebrated Dr. Seuss’s birthday during a literacy evening. Students listened to Dr. Seuss books, decorated flowerpots, planted seeds and made crafts related to the stories. The children were delighted to have their faces painted and received balloon sculptures. Families had pictures taken at a photo booth. A highlight of the evening was a visit by The Cat in the Hat. Students and their families enjoyed an evening devoted to literacy.
