Heritage Middle School Hosts 2nd Annual NICU Fundraiser & Baby Shower

Scholars from Heritage Middle School organized donations for the St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital NICU unit prior to winter break. The group was overwhelmed with the generosity of our families. Any student who contributed to this cause was invited to a mock baby shower to celebrate their generosity and highlight the impact their donations will have on patients and families of the NICU. As part of the event, students played typical baby shower themed games including eating baby food and trying to guess what kind it was. The advisor for Student Government at HMS is Ms. Liza Coopersmith.
