Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Scholars Celebrated for Nurses Day
Some of our scholars in the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Program could be School Nurses someday! One of their teachers, Mrs. Linda Romano and Instructional Technology Facilitator Ms. Jackie Holmes put together a special video letting our CNA scholars know that they are loved and they are needed in the healthcare field!
Mrs. Romano is currently working as a nurse during the evenings a few days a week to help support her community.
The Certified Nursing Program is offered at NFA North Campus and is taught by Nurse Linda Romano, BSN, RN, Dr. Stacy Shewprashad, Nurse Lorraine Moore, RN, and Dr. Kristy Brown.
ATTENTION: Are your scholars or colleagues doing something great? Please contact the district Communications Team at communications@necsd.net. We’d love to visit your class or event and/or post your pictures and recap to highlight the amazing accomplishments throughout our district!
