Chromebook/WiFi Hotspot Request Form
Please complete this form if you need a Chromebook and/or WiFi Hotspot device. When devices are available for distribution, everyone in the district will receive information regardless of completion of this form.
This form should be completed if you need a device. If you are having issues with a device you already have, please find more information below.
Please visit the Virtual Learning Hub and click on the Families & Scholars tab in the upper right hand corner to begin troubleshooting any issues.
If you are experiencing issues with your device, please contact the appropriate people:
Hardware issues (device: does not turn on, does not connect, does not charge, a piece does not work): Contact the Micro Technician for your building
Software Issues (account has been locked/disabled, need password reset, etc.): Contact the Instructional Technology Facilitator (ITF) for your building

All students in NECSD have been set up with a student portal account. Their account access has been standardized for New students (those student who haven't already created an account).
The username is the first letter of the first name, the first letter of their last name, and then their full ID # (example: jd123456)
The password is the first letter of the first name, the first letter of their last name, and DOB (excample: jdMMDDYY - 6 digits)
Parents will still need to follow the process of ID verification for portal access.
