Imagine 2025: Seeking Interested Parents/Guardians and Community Members

The Accountability team for the NECSD Strategic Plan Imagine 2025 will include Teachers, Leaders, Parents/Guardians, and Community members. The team will break down the annual goals into monthly goals to ensure success. Information about the four priorities and future-focused outcomes can be found below. More information regarding the Strategic Plan will be released shortly. If you are interested in joining the Accountability team, please complete this form by Tuesday, November 24, 2020.

Commitment: The first meeting will be on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 5pm. Meetings will typically be held monthly for one hour. At this time, meetings will be held virtually.

Expectations of Accountability Team members:
- Develop annual performance indicators aligned to the annual strategic outcome
- Develop quarterly benchmarks for each performance indicator
- Conduct quarterly progress meetings to measure growth towards annual strategic outcome
- Provide a progress status report to the Superintendent on a quarterly basis

Teaching & Learning:
We use data and current best practices to enhance our current learning models (both
in-person and remote) and advance our instructional pedagogy to eliminate opportunity gaps by interrupting institutional bias.

Wellness:
We strive to create environments that are inclusive, authentic, maximize all voices
(students, faculty, staff, families) and encourage our community to bring their whole
selves to work and school.

Transformative Leadership:
We work proactively to build pathways to and in leadership that enhance a high
performance culture that ensures every student succeeds.

Efficient Operations:
We create responsive systems that both maximize our resources, address evolving
needs and conditions, and keep students at the forefront of all operational decisions.

El equipo de Responsabilidad del Plan Estratégico Imagine 2025 de NECSD incluirá maestros, líderes, padres / tutores y miembros de la comunidad. El equipo dividirá las metas anuales en metas mensuales para garantizar el éxito. A continuación, se puede encontrar información sobre las cuatro prioridades y los resultados centrados en el futuro. En breve se publicará más información sobre el Plan Estratégico. Si está interesado en unirse al equipo de Responsabilidad, complete este formulario antes del martes 24 de noviembre de 2020.

Compromiso: La primera reunión será el lunes 30 de noviembre de 2020 a las 5 p.m. Por lo general, las reuniones se celebrarán mensualmente durante una hora. En este momento, las reuniones se realizarán de forma virtual.

Expectativas de los miembros del equipo de rendición de cuentas:
- Desarrollar indicadores de desempeño anuales alineados con el resultado estratégico anual
- Desarrollar puntos de referencia trimestrales para cada indicador de desempeño.
- Llevar a cabo reuniones de progreso trimestrales para medir el crecimiento hacia el resultado estratégico anual
- Proporcionar un informe de estado de progreso al Superintendente trimestralmente

Enseñanza y aprendizaje:
Usamos datos y las mejores prácticas actuales para mejorar nuestros modelos de aprendizaje actuales (tanto
en persona y a distancia) y avanzar en nuestra pedagogía educativa para eliminar las brechas de oportunidades al interrumpir el sesgo institucional.

Bienestar:
Nos esforzamos por crear entornos que sean inclusivos, auténticos, maximicen todas las voces
(estudiantes, profesores, personal, familias) y alentamos a nuestra comunidad a traer todo su
yo al trabajo y la escuela.

Liderazgo transformador:
Trabajamos de manera proactiva para construir caminos hacia y en el liderazgo que mejoren un alto
cultura de desempeño que asegura que cada estudiante tenga éxito.

Operaciones eficientes:
Creamos sistemas receptivos que maximizan nuestros recursos y abordan la evolución
necesidades y condiciones, y mantener a los estudiantes al frente de todas las decisiones operativas.
