Scholars in Ms. Reed's Music Class at GAMS Reflect on Kindness
Scholars in Ms. Analise Reed's music classes at GAMS shared what kindness means to them! Inspired by the song, Kindness is a Muscle, scholars listened, learned, and reflected.
Some reflections included:
"It means kindness is muscle because it can grow big and big to spread more kindness to everyone."
"Being kind means doing something nice to someone that makes them happy AND that makes you happy they're happy. My grandpa has shown kindness to me by always sharing his food and stuff."
"Being kind means showing respect to each other and helping out.The people that show kindness to me is my friends and family."
"Kind means being nice. My friends, my teacher show kindness to me."
"And like a muscle you can make it grow. By being kind even when we're mad. And helping others when they're sad. It's easy, it's peasy, it's how we're made."
"I can be kind by always telling the truth never lying always helping others when they need help that is what I can do to be kind."
