Learning Model Change Request // Solicitud de cambio de modelo de aprendizaje
At this evening's Virtual Parent Town Hall, a form was discussed if a family would like to request a change to learning model for their scholar. Please read this post in its entirety before completing this form. The NECSD strongly encourages scholars to attend in-person learning, currently using the hybrid model.
- Please complete this form ONLY if you would like to request a change from the learning model that your scholar is currently assigned. If you are unsure of how your scholar is currently assigned, please visit your Parent Portal account.
- Please complete this form for each scholar you would like to request a change for.
- This form will close on Friday, January 15th at 4pm.
- Approved changes will go into effect beginning on Monday, February 1, 2021 (start of the 3rd quarter).
- If you do not complete this form, your scholar will remain in their current assigned model.

- Complete este formulario SOLAMENTE si desea solicitar un cambio del modelo de aprendizaje que su estudiante está asignado actualmente.
- Complete este formulario para cada estudiante para el que le gustaría solicitar un cambio.
- Este formulario se cerrará el viernes 15 de enero a las 4 pm.
- Los cambios aprobados entrarán en vigencia a partir del lunes 1 de febrero de 2021 (inicio del tercer trimestre).
- Si no completa este formulario, su estudiante permanecerá en su modelo asignado actual.
