South Middle School Scholars Design Their Sarcophagus
Students in Mrs. Garcia-Omana's 6th grade social studies classes at South Middle School imagined that they were a very important Pharaoh during one of the Ancient Egypt's Dynasties. Like most pharaohs, it was their task to design their sarcophagus for when it is their time to go to the afterlife. Their sarcophagus needed to represent what they wanted to be remembered for.
Students used Chrome Canvas to design their sarcophagus. Then they used their technological skills to input their design into their Google Classroom assignment.
