Scholarship Presentation Update
The Charlie Rapelje Balmville School P.T.A. Scholarships, in the amount of $300 each, are awarded to three graduating seniors with the highest average and have attended the Balmville School for 3 years and have demonstrated commitment to community service, and plan to continue his or her education.
