GAMS Teacher Creates "Camping" Classroom

Ms. Nancy Gross, teacher at GAMS, created a cozy campfire setting for her scholars. During a normal year, Ms. Gross creates a theme each month to keep her scholars engaged. Due to the hybrid learning style of the year, these themes were created each week as a treat for the last few weeks of the school year. 

Each scholar had a chair, lantern, water bottle, book, and more! Soothing cricket sounds played from the Promethan board while scholars learned throughout the day. A "camp fire" was set up in the middle of the room and students enjoyed S'Mores as well!
