Survey for Medically Fragile Students

The NECSD is requesting your input. The district has NOT received official guidance from New York State about guidance for the 2021-2022 school year at this time. However, in anticipation for the potential of remote learning to be an option, we are asking for your input to prepare for this potential scenario. This request does not mean that remote learning will be an option next year. This form should only be completed for students who attend an NECSD school building. The form to provide information about your student can be found in your email or on the district website NewburghSchools.org. This survey will close on Friday, July 30, 2021. Thank you.

El NECSD está solicitando su opinión. El distrito NO ha recibido orientación oficial del estado de Nueva York sobre la orientación para el año escolar 2021-2022 en este momento.
