Meadow Hill Hosts Bullying Awareness Spirit Week
October is National Bullying Prevention Month!
We are excited to be having a bullying awareness spirit week at Meadow Hill from Monday October 18 - 22, 2021.
Monday - Bullying Is Whack - mismatch day - Wear mismatch clothing to represent everyone’s differences. Being different is important and it is okay to embrace it.
Tuesday - Put Some Sunshine In Someone’s Day - wear yellow. Students are given one post it note during RULER/homeroom time and are asked to fill it out with one positive statement and give it to a fellow student during that time.
Wednesday - Orange You Glad You’re Kind? - wear orange. Today, 10/20/21 is National Unity Day.
Thursday - Take A Walk In Someone Else’s Shoes - wear two different shoes to show compassion for someone else's situation.
Friday – Being A Good Friend Is No Sweat - wear sweatpants.
