Local McDonald's Donates to GAMS Pre K Class to Help Promote Literacy

Mrs. Tuthill's Pre-K class is participating in a reading challenge where scholars are reading a book everyday so they can earn a free McDonald's kids meal and toy to bring home. Students have a bookmark that they received at the beginning of the month that they will color in each time they read a book with their families. McDonald's in Newburgh donated toys and free kids meal coupons to Mrs. Tuthill's class in support of encouraging the love of reading at home and school.
