Fostertown's "CHANGE for CHANGE" Contest Underway!
"CHANGE FOR CHANGE" (previously known as Coin Wars) is underway at Fostertown - Each day Fostertown scholars bring baggies filled with coins and they fill the jug designated to their grade. Their are six jugs total, representing grades kindergarten through fifth grade. In the end, the grade that has the jug with the most coins (not the most value) wins an ice cream party. In addition, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Newburgh Ministry, which provides temporary housing for homeless men and women. They also collect donations of toiletries, canned foods, baby items and clothing.
