NFA West Teacher Appreciation Week Celebration

NFA West celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week with a day of relaxation and wellness. West opened its “Club Oasis” which featured student led yoga, meditation, soap making and “West Fit” workshops. Mrs. Catherine Bullock and her interns offered all day cosmetology services to the teachers. Teacher appreciation is important because, “Every child deserves a champion—an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection, and insists that they become the best that they can possibly be.”- Rita Pierson
