New Windsor School gives out November Big Heart Award to....!

Good morning & happy Monday! Just before the holiday break, New Windsor School gave out their monthly Big Heart Award, in honor of this year's district wide mantra - "Do It With Love".

This month's winner/recipient was described as very knowledgeable in her field with a wealth of history and strong relationships with students, parents, families and staff. She is described by her peers and colleagues as compassionate, and as someone who truly puts the needs of the students first. She has the student's best interests at heart - and ensures they are all receiving proper services, and are all clean/fed & have the proper emotional support. Every year, this individual organizes the Thanksgiving drive at NWS to be certain that the students have a meal to celebrate the holiday. She absolutely does it with LOVE every day!
