Brothers Place 1st and 3rd at Section 9 Boys Golf Championship

NFA 10th grader, Mark Yan won the Section 9 Boys Golf Championship. The next closest competitor was six strokes behind. Mark also won the championship last year. At that time, Mark was the first Newburgh golfer to win the championship in the last 47 years. 

Mark's younger brother Josh, who is in 8th grade and attends South Middle School, finished 3rd. The brothers will be representing NECSD in Elmira for the NYSPHAA State Boy's Golf Championship.
