PSA: PFAS Exposure Assessment Findings and Information Sessions

Have you lived in the City of Newburgh from 2005-2016? This information is important for you! The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) recently released the per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) exposure assessment report for the area in and around the City of Newburgh near Stewart Air National Guard Base.

CDC and ATSDR invite all residents in the City of Newburgh to attend online and in-person meetings to learn more about the results of the PFAS exposure assessment. ATSDR staff will be available in-person and online to answer questions. Please contact pfas@cdc.gov for interpretation services.
