Student ineligible to participate based on credit hours | Appeal process
Hello Goldbacks,
Students who are not eligible to participate in extracurricular activities and interscholastic athletics for the 2022-2023 school year because they did not earn the required 4.5 credits during the 2021-2022 school year can submit an appeal for consideration.
Students who did not meet the 4.5 academic credits are eligible to apply for an appeal if they earned a minimum of 3.5 credits this past school year, and attempted and attended support programs throughout the 2021-2022 school year. If the student was unsuccessful in their academic progress they must have attended an ESYP program.
All requests for appeals for academic credits are August for the fall semester, and January for the spring semester. To begin the appeal process, please complete this form.
