ATTENTION PARENTS/GUARDIANS: NEW STUDENT DROP OFF/PICK UP PROCESS FOR 2022-23

Hello Parent and Guardians,

I am looking forward to a very exciting school year and getting to meet everyone! Over the last two years, it is my understanding that due to COVID, arrival and dismissal has changed several times. After meeting with several stakeholders, we will be streamlining our process for Student Drop off and Pick up for the 2022- 2023 school year. For Student Drop Off cars will enter the back parking loop on Gidney Avenue and drop off students into the cafeteria at arrival and then exit the parking lot, starting at 8:10am. For dismissal, families can start forming the line for Pick up at 2:45pm in that same loop. If you are going to be dropping off and picking up your child for the entire 2022-2023 school year please complete this google form or scan the QR code below to access the form. Once the school year begins we will provide you with an approved sign that you will have to bring daily to pick up your child.

Lastly, during the first week of school, I am inviting parents to bring their students to their classrooms so families can see their child’s classroom at arrival starting at 8:15am. Please see the following schedule for each child’s grade level:

¡Espero tener un año escolar muy emocionante y poder conocer a todos! En los últimos dos años, tengo entendido que debido a COVID, la llegada y la salida han cambiado varias veces. Después de reunirnos con varias partes interesadas, optimizaremos nuestro proceso para dejar y recoger a los estudiantes para el año escolar 2022-2023. Para dejar a los estudiantes, los automóviles ingresarán al circuito de estacionamiento trasero en Gidney Avenue y dejarán a los estudiantes en la cafetería a la llegada y luego saldrán del estacionamiento, a partir de las 8:10 am. Para la salida, las familias pueden comenzar a formar la fila para recoger a las 2:45 p. m. en ese mismo circuito. Si va a dejar y recoger a su hijo durante todo el año escolar 2022-2023, complete este formulario de Google o escanee el código QR a continuación para acceder al formulario. Una vez que comience el año escolar, le proporcionaremos un letrero aprobado que deberá traer diariamente para recoger a su hijo.

Por último, durante la primera semana de clases, invito a los padres a traer a sus hijos a sus salones de clases para que las familias puedan ver el salón de clases de sus hijos a la llegada a partir de las 8:15 a. m. Consulte el siguiente horario para el nivel de grado de cada niño:
