On behalf of Washingtonville Athletics | Swimming & Football Saturday
This Saturday, October 22, 2022, Washingtonville High School is hosting two large athletic events. The OCIAA Swimming and Diving Championships at 10am and the final Varsity Football game at 1pm vs. NFA.
Due to these events taking place at the same time it is important that everyone has the details below for safety and to maximize enjoyment while attending the events.
All Swimming and Diving teams must be dropped off at the pool entrance at the top of the hill. School buses/vehicles must park in front of the tennis courts. Spectators should park in the upper lot and in front of the tennis courts.
The Football team and cheerleader must be dropped off by the front of the HS and proceed to the field. School buses must park in front of the HS main entrance. Spectators should park in the main HS and MS lots. Please try to avoid the upper lot as it will be used by Swimming and Diving.
In preparation for these large events occurring simultaneously the Athletic department has been working closely with the District Administration, the District Security team and local law enforcement to ensure safety is our main priority.
