Bilingual Children's Author Virtually Visits GAMS for Hispanic Heritage Month
GAMS invited children's author, Ms. Silvia Lopez, to read to Mrs. Cepeda's 1st grade class as a culminating activity to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Although, she was not physically present, we were all excited to virtually meet a bilingual children's author. She was kind and generous to send us some of her autographed books, which included a special dedication for our GAMS students.
