2022 NYSPHSAA Class AA Football Regionals

2022 Regional Schedule

Saturday, November 19  Class AA    NFA (9)  vs Carmel (1)   3:00 PM   

If you plan to attend the game, please continue reading, so you are prepared to have a successful fan experience!

• Middletown will be instituting a no-bag policy, meaning no bags of any kind will be allowed into the stadium.

• Metal detectors will be in use.

• Gates will open at 1 hour before your scheduled game.

• There is no Tailgating or smoking on Middletown School grounds.

• Student seating will be located between the 20 and 30 yard line on their respective side of the grandstand. 
  

• Admission: This is a cashless event.  The price of Admission is $8.00 for the Regional Football Games.  GoFan digital ticketing is the preferred method for entry.  Digital ticket sales can be found at the following links:

• Spectator Parking:  Middletown High School, Twin Towers Middle School, Board of Education Office and Orange County Fairgrounds.
• Pre-Game:  The Home Team will warm up and line up under the goal post closest to the school.  The Visiting Team will warm up and line up under the goalpost away from the school.  We will play the National Anthem prior to each game. Anthem will be played after officials talk to each team regarding sportsmanship. When the clock hits zero, your team should be in your end zone at goal post.  Your team will be recognized and introduced AS A TEAM for them to run to their sideline.  Team Sportsmanship by the officials will be conducted directly after announcing the teams to their respective sidelines.  Followed by Captains to mid field, Coin toss, National Anthem and Kickoff
• Post-Game:  An Awards Ceremony will commence on the game field at the end of all championship games.  Teams are to line up on their respective 45 yard line on the same side of the field that you warmed up on.  Ceremony will begin directly after the traditional post game handshake.

• Portable heating units are not allowed.  

• The NFHS Network has exclusive rights to stream NYSPHSAA Regional and Championship events. No other streamed broadcast of a NYSPHSAA Regional and/or Championship event will be permitted. This includes social media streaming. A link to stream the game live will be shared once it has been provided.
