New Windsor School Celebrates Excellence through Gold Card Event!
On December 19th, New Windsor School had its first trimester Gold Card Event to celebrate all the students who followed the New Windsor School Expectations: Be Responsible, Respectful, Ready and Safe. Students in grades K-5 engaged in lively games of bingo, and everyone received a sweet treat at the end of the event. Gold Card Events are part of the NWS Positive Behavior Supports and Intervention (PBIS) program, co-facilitated by music teacher Mary Petruncola and school psychologist Kelly Caci.
