Vails Gate student gets a surprise gift from her family just in time for the holidays!

What are the holidays about? One word - Family! In this district we do it with love every day and care for our NECSD family. 

One of our scholars, Michelle Gutierrez 3rd grade dual language student at Vails Gate STEAM Academy was given the best surprise gift of all! Michelle’s older brother Jorge Pelaez who is a NFA North graduate, and is proudly serving our country as a United States Marine, surprised her this afternoon after being apart for several months.
