DOES YOUR CHILD NEED TRANSPORTATION TO OR FROM A LOCATION OTHER THAN YOUR HOME ADDRESS DURING THE SUMMER?
Click on the button below to access the Newburgh Enlarged City School District Transportation Department’s Alternate Stop Request Form Please be advised this form is for the 2023 Summer Extended School Year Program (ESYP) ONLY. This form must be completed if you would like your child(ren) picked-up or dropped-off at a location other than your home address during the summer. In order to be eligible for transportation, the alternate stop addresses must be located within the boundaries of the Newburgh Enlarged City School District.
Please note this form is for 2023 Summer Extended School Year Program (ESYP) ONLY and will NOT impact your child(ren)'s 2023-2024 school year transportation. A new form must be completed and signed prior to the start of each school year for all affected students. Alternate Stop forms are not carried over from the prior school year.
