Vails Gate STEAM Academy holds "Biggest Loser" Staff Edition Competition

Vails Gate Steam Academy held a Biggest Loser Competition from spring break in April through June 16th. A ten week Get healthy and fit competition. We had 16 contenders and June 16th was the last weigh-in. Mrs. Duda is a 4th teacher who teaches spin class and offered the Vails Gate staff a free class.  The group lost a total of 148.5 lbs. The "Biggest Loser" winner was Mr. Tyreek Johnson, who lost 42 lbs, and 17.21% body weight loss. In 2nd place was Caitlin Willis, who lost 26.5 lbs, and 14.52% body weight loss, and 3rd place was Patricia McCabe, who lost 20lbs and 9.9% body weight loss.
