ESYP Scholars Make Homemade Bread & Butter

Mrs. Kover's ESYP class made homemade bread and churned their own butter. "We are learning about different kitchen utensils and appliances, cooking safety, measured and tasted our ingredients, then skillfully churned our own butter!!" Both were delicious and earned a thumbs up! Our class will be making our very own cookbooks to enjoy at home.
