Athletics Department Hosts Pole Vault Clinic

The NECSD Athletics Department hosted a pole vault clinic for athletes interested in honing their skills and joining the team. Coach Duffy and Coach Dane from the Hudson Valley Flying Circus taught skills and developed interest in high school students. Supported by NECSD Athletic Director, Mr. Christian Hodges and NFA Girls Track coach, Coach Kathi Workman, athletes were exposed to pole vaulting, which is park of the NFA Track & Field teams. Student athletes were also joined by NFA alumna Sisi Diaz, who was a pole vaulter at NFA when she was a student.
