Dear Balmville Families,

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! 

We are excited to welcome our students back to school.  We hope that you were able to relax and make special memories with family and friends this summer. The faculty and staff are very excited to have our hallways filled with enthusiastic students who are ready to learn.

As we embark on this new school year of your child’s educational journey, we are reminded that the beginning of the school year is a very special time. We are looking forward to partnering with you as we work together to help your child learn and grow to ensure they can achieve their highest potential. We recognize that in order to be successful in school, students need support from both home and school. We know a strong partnership with you will make a great difference in your child’s education. As partners, we share the responsibility of success and want you to know that we will do our very best to carry out our responsibilities. We ask that you guide and support your child’s learning by ensuring that they attend school on time, daily and ready for the day’s learning experiences.

At Balmville, we believe that education is not merely about academic achievements but also about fostering the social, emotional, and personal development of our students. We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment where all children feel respected, supported, and encouraged to express themselves.

Estimadas familias de Balmville,

¡Bienvenidos al año escolar 2023-2024!

Estamos emocionados de darle la bienvenida a nuestros estudiantes de regreso a la escuela. Esperamos que haya podido relajarse y crear recuerdos especiales con familiares y amigos este verano. La facultad y el personal están muy emocionados de tener nuestros pasillos llenos de estudiantes entusiastas y listos para aprender.

Al embarcarnos en este nuevo año escolar del viaje educativo de su hijo, les recordamos que el comienzo del año escolar es un momento muy especial. Esperamos asociarnos con usted mientras trabajamos juntos para ayudar a su hijo a aprender y crecer para garantizar que pueda alcanzar su máximo potencial. Reconocemos que para tener éxito en la escuela, los estudiantes necesitan apoyo tanto del hogar como de la escuela. Sabemos que una asociación sólida con usted marcará una gran diferencia en la educación de su hijo. Como socios, compartimos la responsabilidad del éxito y queremos que sepa que haremos todo lo posible para cumplir con nuestras responsabilidades. Le pedimos que guíe y apoye el aprendizaje de su hijo asegurándose de que asista a la escuela a tiempo, todos los días y este listo para las experiencias de aprendizaje del día.

En Balmville, creemos que la educación no se trata simplemente de logros académicos sino también de fomentar el desarrollo social, emocional y personal de nuestros estudiantes.
