NFA High School Students Provide Free Haircuts to Community

NFA Barbering students visited the Newburgh Armory Unity Center on a summer Saturday morning to sharpen their skills and provide free back to school haircuts for children in our community. Cosmetology and Barbering are two of 21 Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways taught at Newburgh Free Academy. Upon completion of skill, hour, and assessment requirements, students can receive a cosmetology or barbering license upon graduation from Newburgh Free Academy.
