Heritage Middle School Community Creates Mosaic Honoring Veterans

Every year, Heritage Middle School hosts a Veteran's Breakfast choreographed by Mrs. Lapierre. This year's corresponding art activity was a mosaic of a soldier saluting. Veteran's, students and teachers colored the tiles during the breakfast. Ms. McCarthy's 6th and 7th grade students added fingerprint paint and the Empire Glow Up group assembled the tiles. The result is an art piece that celebrates our unity in community and honors the service of our Veterans.
