Meadow Hill Holds Annual Give Back Day for Senior Residents
Each year Meadow Hill strives to give its scholars ways to give back to senior residents in our community. On November 18, Meadow Hill held its annual fall give back day. In celebration of the Thanksgiving holiday, Meadow Hill Gems served a delicious meal to the senior residents at Cerone Place Senior Living Facility. This event was held in collaboration with Mary Magdalene 127th Chapter. Participants included members of the National Junior Honor society along with other members of the middle school population. Members of the school’s faculty and staff also threw in a helping hand to make the event a success. A special thank you goes to the following event sponsors: Billy Joe’s Ribworks, Herico Junk Removal, Jim Williams, and Meadow Hill school staff members. A special thank you also goes to the coordinators of the event: Mr. Wenzel, Ms. Pittman, Ms. Douglas, and Ms. Bailey-Graves. Meadow Hill’s next give back event will be held on February 10, 2024.
